1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or using Larpex Wallet (the "Service"), including the website at larpexwallet.xyz and the Larpex Wallet progressive web application (PWA), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
Larpex Wallet is a novelty entertainment application designed for fun and social purposes only. It allows users to set custom, fictional cryptocurrency balances for display purposes.
Important: Larpex Wallet is NOT a real cryptocurrency wallet. It does not hold, send, receive, store, or interact with any real cryptocurrency, token, coin, blockchain, or digital asset. Any balances displayed in the app are entirely fictional and have no monetary value.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Phantom, Solana Labs, Solana Foundation, Ledger SAS, or any other wallet provider, blockchain project, cryptocurrency exchange, or financial institution. Any visual similarities to existing wallet interfaces are for entertainment and parody purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use Larpex Wallet. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. License & Access
Upon completing a valid purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Larpex Wallet app for personal entertainment purposes, subject to the plan you purchased:
- Starter Plan ($30): 7 days of access from the date of activation.
- Popular Plan ($100): 1 month of access from the date of activation.
- Lifetime Plan ($300): Lifetime access for as long as the Service is operational.
The app is delivered as a Progressive Web App (PWA), which you install through your mobile device's web browser. Access is controlled by a unique license key provided after purchase.
You may not share, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the application or your license key. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if these Terms are violated.
5. Payments & Pricing
All payments for Larpex Wallet are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, or any other traditional payment method at this time.
Purchases are facilitated through our official Telegram channel (@larpexwallet) or through authorized retailers listed on our website. Prices are displayed in USD but are payable in the cryptocurrency equivalent at the time of purchase.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you send the correct amount to the correct wallet address. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or for blockchain network fees.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, chargebacks, or credits under any circumstances.
Due to the digital nature of the product and the use of cryptocurrency payments, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using a valid license key, please contact us via Telegram and we will work with you to resolve it. This does not constitute a right to a refund.
7. Authorized Retailers
Larpex Wallet may be sold through authorized third-party retailers listed on our website. We are not responsible for the conduct, pricing, or policies of authorized retailers beyond the scope of our official partnership. Always verify you are purchasing from a listed, authorized source.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Larpex Wallet only for lawful entertainment purposes. You may not use the Service to:
- Commit fraud, scam, deceive, or mislead any person or entity for financial gain
- Impersonate a real cryptocurrency wallet for the purpose of obtaining money, goods, or services from others
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Engage in any activity that could cause harm, loss, or damage to any third party
You are solely responsible for how you use the app. Larpex Wallet is intended as a novelty product - using it to deceive or defraud others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate license revocation without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, branding, and materials associated with Larpex Wallet are the intellectual property of Larpex Wallet and its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without explicit written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.
We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content displayed within the app. All balances, tokens, and portfolio displays are entirely fictional.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larpex Wallet, its creators, operators, affiliates, and authorized retailers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
You assume all risk associated with your use of the app, including any consequences arising from how you choose to display or share its content.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Larpex Wallet, its creators, and its authorized retailers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Service Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update the app with new features, tokens, or design changes. Lifetime plan holders are entitled to updates for as long as the Service remains operational, but we do not guarantee perpetual availability.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
14. Third-Party Trademarks
Any third-party names, logos, or trademarks referenced or visually resembled within the app are the property of their respective owners. Larpex Wallet does not claim any affiliation with or endorsement by any third-party brand, project, or entity. Their inclusion is solely for entertainment and novelty context within the app.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
